PLEASE CHECK THE SIZE OF YOUR VACCINATION CARD, ALL CARDS ARE NOT THE SAME SIZE. MEASUREMENTS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOU TO MAKE AN INFORMED DECISION BEFORE PURCHASING.

This will hold the standard US issued 3" x 4" vaccination record cards. If your card is bigger (some are), you may need to trim a bit off the top and bottom of card to fit. Best to measure, before purchasing as refunds will not be issued due to card size. The card holder measures approx. 7"x4" and the card slot is approx. 4.5"x3.5".
