Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your order, so PLEASE makes sure to carefully read all of the information within the listing when you make your selection.
All sales are final, we do not accept exchanges. Refunds will not be given. We completely stand by all of our work and we will never send anything out that isn’t as perfect as we can make it. We always do our best to make sure our customers are satisfied, so do not hesitate to contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. I want you to be happy with your purchase!
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Due to the nature of internet purchases, product colors may vary slightly. We do our best to photograph all products in natural light, with the hope that colors will be as realistic as possible. If you have questions about specific items or colors, please ask.
USPS offers tracking on their items, so if your purchase is lost I will work with you to help track your order. However, once your order leaves our premises and USPS tracking begins, we are no longer able to claim liability for that order. We will always attempt to help you should your item appear lost in the USPS system.
I gladly accept cancelations as long as you contact us within 24 hours of your purchase.
Coupon Codes are valid only if used at checkout PRIOR to completing your payment. I am unable to refund the price difference once the order has been placed if you did not apply a coupon code. Orders may not be canceling simply to re-order with a coupon code.
